We currently field 5 senior teams in the MPNFL Nepean League netball competition - A-Grade, B-Grade, C-Grade, D-grade and 17 & Under
We have 2 netball courts at our home ground which were resurfaced in 2023, both have lighting for night training.
TRAINING
Tuesday night all grades participate in a fitness session at our RFNC courts from 6 pm - 7:30 pm.
All grades have a compulsory individual team training session at the Club on Thursday nights from 6 pm - 7.30 pm which is followed by a meal & selections in the clubrooms.
MATCH DAY
Games are played on Saturdays at the following times:
17 & Under - 8:55 am
D-Grade - 10:00 am
C-Grade 11:10 am
B-Grade 12.25 pm
A-Grade 1.45 pm
